Assignment: Build Your Second Brain from Zero

Task 1: Build Your Library (Required)

1. Install WorkBuddy and Obsidian
2. Use the first prompt to have AI build your library (fill in your own name, background, problem, expectations)
3. Drop in 3 of your most-used materials, say "Digest"
4. Use the query prompt to ask a question from your library — confirm AI pulls cards from your library (with sources)

Acceptance:

• raw/ has originals, wiki/ has cards, index.md is updated
• Query shows three confidence levels, each traceable to a source
• In Obsidian, open the same folder and click from index.md all the way back to the original

Task 2: Verify the Trace Chain in Obsidian (Optional)

1. Open Obsidian, open your library folder
2. Start from wiki/index.md, click a card link
3. In the card, click the source summary link
4. In the summary, click the original material link, back to raw/ original

Task 3: Turn Your Library into a Skill (Challenge)

If you've already built an industry library (e.g., career library, sales script library, HR policy library), go further:

1. Use the write prompt to have AI produce a short piece (report/article/outline) from your library
2. Use the reflow prompt to write back reusable insights from this writing into the library
3. Use the health check prompt to do a read-only health check — see what AI reports

Submission Requirements

1. Upload screenshots of each task's output to the website.
2. Pick your best piece: post it in the course group so everyone can appreciate your workflow.
