9 步工作流 × 3 个课上实操 × 8 套提示词模板，从数据到报告一次对话搞定——不会 SQL、不会 Python，也能 3 分钟把一张表变成一份分析报告。

This course does one thing: run the full 9-step workflow from data to report
using a single 2026Q1-Sales.xlsx. You will use 3 prompts to complete data
profiling, metric calculation, chart generation, and report output — plus 8
templates to take home.
Data → Analysis → Charts → Report → Action. Each step is taught and demonstrated live — the report is finished by step 9.
Role + Task + Background + Format + Constraint, plus 6 data-specific background elements to stop AI from guessing.
Data profiling, full sales analysis, and action recommendations + one-page dashboard — ready to copy.
Templates for sales, finance, funnel, surveys, and more — plus 7 quality red lines you must not cross.
This course has 4 lessons, covering the full path from concepts to formula to hands-on practice to self-practice.
See the finished product, then understand the 5-stage workflow and 4 core concepts (metrics, dimensions, human-AI division of labor).
Learn one universal formula: Role + Task + Background + Format + Constraint, plus 6 data-specific background elements.
Step by step: prepare data → set background → data profiling → define dimensions → calculate metrics → generate charts → interpret findings → build report → review.
Take home 8 timeline-ordered templates, and remember 3 general red lines + 4 data-analysis-specific red lines.
The 9 data analysis steps in this course have been distilled into a Skill and published on the SkillHub store. Click the name to view it:

First check whether SkillHub is installed. If not, follow https://skillhub.cn/install/skillhub.md to install SkillHub (CLI only), then install the @org-1sdzqs7z/shujufenxi skill. If already installed, directly install the @org-1sdzqs7z/shujufenxi skill. After installation, use this prompt to let the Agent understand the Skill first, then execute step by step:
Read this file — it's a skill. Analyze what steps it has, what standards each step follows, and how I should collaborate with you.AI lowers the barrier to data analysis, but the "analytical thinking" is still your job. AI handles implementation; you handle the thinking — define metric definitions, explain field meanings, choose the right questions, verify results, and judge whether recommendations are actionable.
