Assignment: Build a learning-material set with the three-step method
Three progressive levels — make 1 card → make a set → bake your style into a Skill.
Take home four things tonight: the three-step method + prompt template pack + a hand-made card set + your personal workflow.
Assignment 1 · Reproduce: Make 1 card with the three-step method
Use the three-step method (deconstruct → generate → audit) to turn one note / article from your phone into one knowledge card.
Operation checklist:
- Pick a piece of text: from your phone notes, official account articles, or reading excerpts — choose a passage of no more than 500 characters
- Run Template 1 deconstruction: feed the text to the "universal deconstructor" and let it organize "image-friendly" copy
- Run template + locked style generation: pick a card type (any of: rote / action / example / pitfall / thinking / script) + a style you like (warm notebook or the other 4), generate the first card
- Run Template 7 audit: walk through the 6-category checklist — go back to the model to fix any issues
Deliverable: 1 finished card (image + the corresponding deconstructed copy).
Assignment 2 · Apply: Make a same-style set
Use Demo 2 + 3 to turn your book excerpts / notes into a same-style knowledge card set.
Operation checklist:
- Pick a theme: e.g., "quote card series" / "exam-prep series" / "reading notes series"
- Run Template 1 deconstruction: organize the first piece into a 3-8 card structure
- Lock the style: following "Tip ③", hard-code palette, canvas ratio, subject description, prohibitions
- Generate the full set: include "this is card X in the series" in each prompt to ensure consistency
- Audit each card: walk through the 6-category checklist for every card
Deliverable: at least 3 same-style cards + one "style definition card" (recording the locked palette, canvas, prohibitions).
Assignment 3 · Advance: Bake the locked style into a Skill
Turn the locked style into your own Skill, or adapt it to your subject — forming "my dedicated card workflow".
Operation checklist:
- Solidify the style: organize the parameters locked in Assignment 2 into a complete "style description"
- Wrap as a Skill: in WorkBuddy, save this style description as a Skill (or a system prompt), so next time you just say the topic and the full style applies automatically
- Adapt to your subject: adjust the template emphasis to fit your subject (Chinese, math, English, marketing, law, etc.)
- Form the workflow: package "deconstruct → generate → audit → solidify" as your standard card production flow
Deliverable: one reusable Skill description + 1 new card generated using it.
