Building a Customer-Getting Short-Video IP with AI, Even If You Have Never Run an Account
A benchmark-finding, structure-breaking, content-filling workflow plus 2 core prompts and a storyboard breakdown sheet — teach AI to judge what is good first, then let it produce in bulk.
This course is not about whether AI can write — it is about AI not knowing what good looks like. The method from the lecturer Beimo: first borrow market-validated hits to give AI a measuring stick, then fill your real experience into the proven skeleton — replicate the method, never copy the content. Understand a niche in 10 minutes, and make one video that builds trust and brings in customers at the same time.
What you take away today
| Deliverable | Notes |
|---|---|
| 1 hit-producing workflow | Find benchmarks → break the structure → fill the content. Turn any hit in any niche into a skeleton in 10 minutes, then fill it with your own industry content |
| 2 core prompts | A storyboard breakdown prompt + a viral reverse-engineering and original-writing agent. Ready to run — paste straight into any model |
| 1 storyboard breakdown sheet | Use the breakdown sheet to dissect hits, and the storyboard sheet to produce videos. It plugs directly into real filming or AI video tools like Jimeng and Kling |
| 1 assignment | Reproduce the in-class case → write one original piece for your own business → distill your own workflow |
If these problems sound familiar
- Heavy AI flavour: everything comes out as boilerplate like in todays fast-paced society or empowerment — you cringe reading it, viewers swipe away, and platforms can detect it and throttle your reach;
- No taste, no yardstick: you think your writing is fine but nobody watches — you do not know what kind of content retains people and converts;
- Posting without direction: food today, relationships tomorrow, career the day after — a confused account label, the algorithm cannot find your audience, and traffic stays stuck in the hundreds;
- Wrong target user: you think you are writing for your target user but you are not. Writing must-see for bosses when your customers are office workers means even perfect content goes to waste.
After this course you will have
A yardstick for judging content
Know why hits work: the first-3-second hook, sentence rhythm, the emotional curve — let data decide, not feelings.
A reusable workflow
Find benchmarks, break the structure, fill the content — three steps with Feishu multi-dimensional tables to parse transcripts in bulk, sustainable by one person.
One video that gets customers
State the reasons people buy one by one — persona builds trust and acquisition gives the path, combined in a single video instead of either-or.
Who this is for
Course structure
Lesson 1 · Persona and trust: why some people keep producing hits with the same AI tools while others never get positive feedback; the reasons customers buy, the three trust anchors of a persona video, and how persona and acquisition combine into one video.
Lesson 2 · The three-step workflow in action: the full find-benchmarks → break-structure → fill-content loop, both core prompts in full, the Social Media Assistant tool installation, and every point to watch during the live run.
Lesson 3 · Tools and workflow consolidation: how to use the breakdown sheet, how to reuse the cloned style, and how to turn one dissected hit into a weekly content engine.
Course materials
This course comes with three supporting files:
- Two core prompts: the storyboard breakdown prompt (dissecting visuals and rhythm) + the viral reverse-engineering and original-writing agent (style cloning and original scripts). The full text is also in Lesson 2;
- Social Media Assistant installer: a browser extension that works with Feishu multi-dimensional tables to extract video data and transcripts in bulk. See Lesson 2 for the installation guide;
- Course handout (PDF): the complete 31-page handout.

The principle behind it all
The whole course repeats one thing: teach AI to judge first, then let AI produce in bulk. Do not work behind closed doors — hundreds of thousands of completed views and tens of thousands of shares are the pass line that real users voted for with their attention. First understand why others win, then let AI follow that pattern filled with your own story and industry knowledge.
Finally, hold four red lines:
- Replicate the method, never the content — dissect the structure and rhythm, but everything you fill in must be your own industry content and real experience;
- No officialese — words like empowerment, closed loop or in todays fast-paced society are deleted on sight; keep the rough texture of natural speech;
- Never expose yourself — exposé videos target industry chaos and bad players, never the creator;
- Label AI-generated content — follow platform rules for AI-generated footage and voice, do not gamble your reach on it.
Assignment: From Reproducing Three Images to Building Your Own Workflow
Three progressive parts in one assignment — reproduce the three in-class images with the course brief, run one real image you need this week through the full process, then turn it into three role-specific templates. All three required.
Persona and Trust: Understand Why Users Buy First
Acquisition videos state the reasons to buy, persona videos build trust. The three trust anchors, persona plus acquisition in one video, and the mindset of teaching AI what good looks like.
