Produce Your First Talking-Head Video with AI
Three progressive levels: reproduce the in-class flow, then apply it to your own niche and actually publish, then customize your own talking-head agent. Take home the template pack, a script you made yourself, and your own agent workflow.
Complete the three progressive levels with the 3 prompts learned in class: reproduce, apply, then advance. The bar for completion is one full talking-head script you made yourself, plus a talking-head agent workflow that is truly yours.
Course Materials
5 prompt templates
Covering the topic-hook-script-shooting-review timeline (see Lesson 4).
5-piece prompt formula
Role + Task + Background + Format + Constraints — the formula behind every template.
Advanced trick
Ask AI to ask you three questions before starting — it confirms details first and rework drops sharply.
Assignment: Three Progressive Levels
Level 1 (Reproduce): run the in-class flow
Use the class topic "how new hires fit into a team" and run prompts A → B → C to produce one full script (hook + 3-point body + closing + shooting tips).
Level 2 (Apply): switch to your own niche
Swap in a topic from your own niche, produce the script with the WorkBuddy agent, and actually shoot and publish a video.
Level 3 (Advance): build your own agent
Adjust the agent's background (account positioning, audience, style) in WorkBuddy to make it your own talking-head agent; use it for a week and track the time saved.
Completion Criteria
- Run prompts A → B → C, making your own choices and edits at each AI pause
- The script passes the mouth test: read it aloud and fix anything awkward on the spot
- Generate a storyboard with Template 4 and shoot from it — nothing missed
- 24 hours after publishing, do one data review with Template 5
Submission Requirements
Include the script
Submit your full talking-head script (hook, body, closing, shooting tips) with your manual edits visible.
Include the prompts
Attach your filled-in prompts (anonymize real info as needed) and the tools you used.
Include video and data
If you finished Level 2, attach the published video and a data screenshot (plays, completion, engagement).
Write one takeaway
Which step took longest? What did the mouth test change? How much time did the agent save you?
Perfection is not required — the point is to run the rhythm of "fill the background → AI drafts → you verify by reading aloud". Spread the three levels over several days, share your video in the community, and the instructor will answer questions in the group.
Templates and Red Lines
