AI Event Planning in Action
From a one-line need to a landing-ready plan — the AI event planning three-step method. 1 method × 3 core prompts × 8 follow-up templates = 1 set of deliverables; includes the [活动策划师] Skill to let the Agent run the full flow automatically.
From a one-line need to a landing-ready plan — use the AI event planning three-step method (clarify → think → break down) to run a complete corporate event pipeline from "boss's one-liner" to "ready to start tomorrow." AI does the heavy lifting, you make the calls.
What You'll Take Away
| 1 method | 3 prompts | 8 templates | 1 deliverable |
|---|---|---|---|
| Complete AI event planning workflow | Requirements → Plan → Execution | Cover the full event flow | Your own event plan |
More than just learning to use AI — you'll master a replicable, landing-ready, deliverable event planning capability.
What You'll Learn
See the full map
4 core questions, 4 core concepts, 8 high-frequency scenarios; the AI event planning three-step method (clarify → think → break down) + the 5-part prompt formula + 6 elements — see the map before you start.
Three hands-on: 3 prompts end to end
Run Prompt A requirement clarification + Prompt B plan design + Prompt C execution plan on a real event case ('Feifan Zhichuang · Future Partner AI Roadshow Day'), each with 'when to use → full prompt text → how to modify → how to verify', plus 3 real artifact walkthroughs.
8 templates + 3 red lines + wrap-up
8 scenario-specific follow-up templates (use what you need), 3 non-negotiable red lines (fact-check / desensitize / manual review), 24 signature lines + 5 key formulas + call to action.
Who This Is For
Course Structure
This course has 3 lessons + 1 assignment, covering the full chain from requirement clarification to plan generation to execution landing.
Event Planning 101 + AI Three-Step Method
Why AI can't write an event plan directly; the 4 core questions, 4 core concepts, 8 high-frequency scenarios; the AI event planning three-step method + the 5-part prompt formula + the 6 elements of a great event — see the map before you start.
Three hands-on: 3 prompts end to end
Run the three-step method on a real event case ("Feifan Zhichuang · Future Partner AI Roadshow Day"): Hands-on 1 Prompt A requirement clarification → Hands-on 2 Prompt B plan design (3 directions + evaluation + complete plan) → Hands-on 3 Prompt C execution plan (timeline / WBS / Run of Show / budget / materials / risks / pre-event checklist). Each prompt has full text + "how to modify + how to verify" + real artifact walkthrough. Also install the 活动策划师 Skill.
8 templates + 3 red lines + wrap-up
8 scenario-specific follow-up templates (4 for pre-planning + 4 for execution; use what you need); 3 non-negotiable red lines (facts must be verified / sensitive info must be desensitized / final plan must be human-checked); 24 signature lines + 5 key formulas + AI usage checklist + call to action (24 hours / 3 days / 7 days).
Companion Materials
This course comes with five companion materials for hands-on reference:
- Lecture handout (DOCX): Full text of all 3 prompts + constraints checklist + how the 3 prompts connect.
- Slides (PDF): 25-page battle-tested slides, with prompt examples and output showcases throughout.
- AI 活动策划 Brief.md: A real output from Prompt A — "Feifan Zhichuang · Future Partner AI Roadshow Day" requirements-confirmed version.

Core Principle
One line: AI does the first 4 steps, you do the last 1 — AI breaks down needs, generates plans, breaks down tasks, drafts budgets; you make the call, sign off, confirm facts.
The 3 prompts are a "need → plan → execution" pipeline. If any link breaks, the rest collapses. Run Prompt A end-to-end first, then Prompt B, then close with Prompt C — order matters.
