3. Generate the plan: get a phased timetable + weekly key tasks + daily checklist
4. Pick a format: choose the most suitable of the 7 planning views and have AI re-render the plan in it

Deliverable: a complete prep plan (phased timetable + any 1 planning-view format).

Assignment 2 · Extract: 3 Meta-Questions from One Weak Point

Use the 7-step flow from the Meta-Question Method lesson to distill a weak topic from "question sea" into "meta-questions".

Operation checklist:

1. Collect questions: find 10-50 similar questions from error notebooks, papers, and workbooks
2. Run the prompt: use the meta-question extraction prompt to identify common points, extract meta-questions, and generate variants
3. Verify manually: check whether AI's meta-questions capture the essence — if not, probe and correct
4. Solidify templates: leave a solution template and pitfalls for each meta-question

Deliverable: 3 meta-questions (minimal form) + a solution template each + at least 3 variant questions.

Assignment 3 · Build: Your Exam-Prep Workbench

Package "plan → meta-questions → drill → questioning" into a sustainable closed loop.

Operation checklist:

1. Solidify a Skill: organize your prep rules (subjects, schedule, weak points, review mechanism) into a Skill file (.md format)
2. Import it: put the Skill file into your usual AI tool or a WorkBuddy workspace
3. Run one day: let AI push the day's tasks + questions; after finishing, self-check with Socratic questioning
4. Close the loop: record the day's experience, noting what worked and what to change

Deliverable: a reusable Skill description + one day's task execution record (with questioning self-check results).
