Run the 3 prompts (A → B → C) on a real (or simulated) event scenario, producing a complete document package ready to kick off preparation.
Assignment Goal
Run the 3 prompts (A — Requirements Clarifier → B — Creative + Complete Plan Generator → C — Execution Plan Generator) end-to-end on your own event scenario. Output: a complete, prep-ready document package.
Pick a Scenario
Pick an event you're actually going to run in the next 1–3 months. If none, use a common type to practice:
- Customer appreciation event
- Roadshow / channel conference
- Product launch
- Industry salon / Meetup
- Company annual gala
- Training session / workshop
The more real, the better — real scenarios surface AI's actual problems most concretely.
Requirements
Run A → B → C in order, complete each step, keep the screenshots / links. Each step has a deliverable:
Level 1 | Prompt A: produce the Event Brief (required)
- Prepare a one-liner event need from you (or your boss / client) — the more incomplete the better (so you can verify whether A actually forces the info out)
- Paste the need into any AI tool (Doubao / DeepSeek / Wenxin / WorkBuddy all work)
- Run Prompt A, keep 2–3 Q&A rounds as screenshots
- Final output: 1 Event Brief
- Verify: tick off every item in Prompt A's verification checklist (Lesson 2)
Deliverables:
- Original one-liner (screenshot)
- Q&A dialogue screenshots (2–3 rounds)
- Final Brief (Markdown or PDF)
Level 2 | Prompt B: produce 3 directions + complete plan (required)
- Paste Level 1's Brief into Prompt B
- Run Prompt B, keep the 3-direction comparison + scoring-table screenshots
- Pick the recommended direction (or adjust and pick another), produce the complete plan
- Verify: tick off every item in Prompt B's verification checklist (Lesson 2)
Deliverables:
- 3-direction comparison + scoring table (screenshot)
- Complete event plan (Markdown or PDF)
Level 3 | Prompt C: produce an executable project schedule (bonus)
- Paste Level 2's complete plan into Prompt C
- Run Prompt C, keep the full 8-section output
- Update at least one section (e.g. the budget table or Run of Show) with real quotes / real info
- Verify: tick off every item in Prompt C's verification checklist (Lesson 2)
Deliverables:
- Complete execution plan (Markdown or PDF)
- At least one section with your real update (e.g. swap 【待询价】 for real quotes)
Scoring

Submission Requirements
- Upload screenshots of every deliverable to the site for submission.
- Pick your best work and post it to the course group for everyone to admire your workflow.
